Who am I?

I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at St. Edward’s University in 2013.  My undergraduate work was completed at Rice University in 1985. I consider myself a lifelong learner and bring a depth of life experiences to counseling and psychotherapy. I have worked with teens and on behalf of youth in our Texas communities and schools for more than 25 years.

Raising three kids with my husband of 28+ years has encouraged a deep examination and study of child development, parenting practices, family dynamics, and social and emotional learning for kids.

I love working with individuals of all ages 0-99! This enthusiasm fits my desire and ongoing passion to unlock the undiscovered potential in people. My career in counseling has extended that passion into all age ranges to unleash hope and joy into the lives of those around me. I hope we will have a chance to do that together.
